In my personal time, I enjoy movement, yoga, and mindfulness. I find peace in nature and exploring the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest. I dig farmers markets, arts & crafts, and dabbling in this and that. Mother to thirty-four house plants and aunt to a tortoise.
